Equality Comitee
The Equality Committee of the IBB works to ensure that all staff at the center have equal opportunities for professional development. This tool was approved in June 2024 by the institute’s governing commission and promotes equality, with attention to any form of discrimination based on gender, sex, origin, sexual orientation, language, or functional diversity.
