RESUMEN

De novo sequencing paves the way for the genome sequencing work series. Quoted from one academician, the complete of the genome project of one species means the new beginning of development for the discipline and industry of this species. Since the first de novo project performed on Sanger platform, 20 years later, where is this technology heading? How do we introduce the new platforms (single molecule sequencing, optical map) into our DNA or RNA researches?
